Thinly (but not too thinly) slice mellon, cucumber, and radishes.
Cut mint leaves into strips
Measure out 1/2 cup lemon juice and 2 Tbsp sugar
Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir
Add mint garnish and chill two hours
Yield 1/2 cup per serving
A Manoline was used to cut the cucumber, melon, and radishes. You can slice by hand. I found that slicing too thinly causes the ingredients to stick together in a big "mashy" kind of way. 1/8 thickness or more is preferred.
