Doug's All-purpose Chicken
Moist, tender chicken baked to use in all kinds of different dishes.
- 1 pack skinless, boneless chicken breasts or strips
- Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning
- PAM non-stick spray
Rinse Chicken Strips
Lay them in rows next to each other in the pan
Add water so they are 1/2 submerged
Sprinkle DASH seasoning on top at this point
Cover pan with Aluminum foil
Place in over and back for 40-50 minutes
At 40-50 point- remove aluminum foil and back for 10 more minutes
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes, then serve
If you are not serving immediately, slice or dice and put in container and refridgerate.
Water can be less if desired, but I add it to keep the chicken moist during the baking process.
Slice finer or dice to use in:
- Chicken salad
- on Pizza
- in Fresh Salads
- Pot pies
- or anything to which chicken would be a delicious addition
