Moist, tender chicken baked to use in all kinds of different dishes.

  • Medium oven-safe baking pan
  • Aluminum foil


  • 1 pack skinless, boneless chicken breasts or strips
  • Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning
  • Water
  • PAM non-stick spray



  • Pre-heat oven to 350°
  • Spray PAM (or your choice of non-stick method) cooking spray in the pan

Chicken prep

  • Rinse Chicken Strips
  • Lay them in rows next to each other in the pan
  • Add water so they are 1/2 submerged
  • Sprinkle DASH seasoning on top at this point


  • Cover pan with Aluminum foil
  • Place in over and back for 40-50 minutes
  • At 40-50 point- remove aluminum foil and back for 10 more minutes
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes, then serve
  • If you are not serving immediately, slice or dice and put in container and refridgerate.


Water can be less if desired, but I add it to keep the chicken moist during the baking process.
Slice finer or dice to use in:
  • Chicken salad
  • Soups
  • on Pizza
  • in Fresh Salads
  • Pot pies
  • or anything to which chicken would be a delicious addition
